Cat's Cradle Series (1995-96 and 2008) is based on the children's game of that name; the symbolic act of weaving continues. Here, the game of Cat's Cradle is a metaphor for the game of life. The techniques of under-painting and glazing invoke historical time; the enigma of the game itself, reflects the complexity of human relationships.
